Yup, this one has been topped out for a while now, I have a decent view of it from my apartment. There's a large "Move In Spring 2013" banner hanging on the eastern side

Yeah, from downtown, it looks like the tallest of the Brentwood area towers - thus far.

^ The floor heights must be pretty high cause it looks much taller than a 33 story building.

Thanks for the photos! From the first angle the building looks good, but it's definitely a generic tower with nothing wrong, but nothing to celebrate either.

Generic, definitely, but the key is what I bolded. There really isn't anything wrong with this tower.

Looks like this guy is completely finished, there's furniture visible from the outside. I took a photo of the tower and the town homes after my visit to the Brentwood Redevelopment info session.

Tower

Driveway and Townhouses with a neat little sculpture

There are a couple units listed for rent on Craigslist and the inside pictures of the units indicate completeness.

With hilarious prices. $1900/m for 2BR2BA on the ~5th floor. Insane for that area, IMO.

They are free to ask whatever they want, let's see how much they get. Probably not terribly off the mark I'd put it at around $1750-$1800

Those insane prices are not insane for everyone, it seems. Some people can handle paying that. I wonder who ..... (?)

Well when you get a couple each paying $900 toward a $1,800 per month rent, it doesn't seem so bad. Some singles are renting upwards to $1,400 for one bedroom, taking up 40-50% of their monthly income. But like all leases, they are set high with expectations the tenant will negotiate a cheaper price if competing units are available and charging lower rents.
