As I said, I'm interested in hearing where that was quoted from, as

1) It seems to be directly contradicted by the actual legal filing.
2) On Wednesday, the Statesman was reporting that the city was refusing to give a statement (as you'd expect, with litigation pending).

The fact that a business owner gives in to FUD based on no data isn't really material one way or another.

If only the City had thought to hire & assign an artist to the Waller Creek Tunnel project from the get-go.
