That last paragraph is why I think this tower lands a tenant before it's capped. Hopefully once a couple of those mega-tenants sign leases in buildings and fewer large blocks of space become available in these new buildings, those mega-tenants will sign leases with increasingly frequency, ensuring that they have space once their lease expires.
