asiaboy thanks for these -- i thought it was not allowed to take photos in the tashkent subway stations? i keep reading that. is it true? i hope you did not get in trouble.

Yes, this is true. It is not easy to take a photos inside of stations. Because, subway is strategic place

Its very difficult to take photos, the police told me to put away my camera and asked for my passport when I was there.
