Hi all.

Thanx Wadiman. That is the first shot showing all of that print.

Yes we have seen shots of parts of it before but not all of it.

These are the first actual numbers for tiers 10 to 13 to be seen by us pions. Maybe Altin has had them before but did not put them out for all to see.

I had to extrapolate tiers 10 to 13 for my latest analysis. Now I can look over this and make some minor changes if needed. I have made 3 earlier works and changed them when new info came out. My latest has got to be very close to reality but now I can verify and I may add more info in. I will release the new works if I need to make changes.

Thanx again Wadiman - post any more if you have them.

I really like the pictures you posted AltinD. Specially the first one.
yeah but how high is the burj compard to H.K.F.C., there's HUGE difference in height buddy. nothing in man kind history have built something this tall. and 850 sqft is for a office for the EMAAR prop head tenant. and 850 sqft is quit big at 701m's

Just wish that there was a way to add square footage to the floor plates and decrease to the inner core without destabilizing the tower.

That is a huge square footage for that height but...I don't even know.

I'm sure this tower won't last over 10 years in the throne. People and their wanting to have more will drive skyscrapers to insane heights in some time.

o.k. Well what's going to fit in those last floors the pictures just showed? That floor is like the size of the room. And how are the people expected to cross the tower from one side to the other? Are there halls inside the core that allow people to move around the floor?

Please no!!! I don't think this thread need more pictures but instead more discussing the tower which is what the thread is mainly about.

Maybe add a few renderings once in a while to remind us how beautiful this tower is going to be. Just wish the floors weren't so short and upper floor plates small.

I meant that we have seen more then just charts (i.e. drawings). I wasn't talking about the height figure, since I have never seen anything showing a different one (well, who am I to have seen such documents anyway)

wow, the upper plates are only 850 sq feet? Most likely, the top floors will consist of multi-story luxury condos, so the actual sq footage of each condo will be 1700+ sq ft.

I just can't image trying to sell a multi-million dollar penthouse that only has 850 sq ft, even if it's at the top of the world

Maybe some thread re-thinking if the statement in 1.2.2 of this PDF has any truth?

Some views of the Burj from various areas of Downtown, Palace Hotel and Business Bay.(some skyline from across the Creek Extension Project.

The Lake has now turned Azure Blue and crystal clear, and not a lot happening with the cladding.

Admin: if too many pics in this post…….delete please, but there’s been a pic famine in Imre’s absence……enjoy.

You can really see how your cameras are strugling to get quality shots of the tip of the building now that its so high up there. What kind of optical zoom do you guys have on those anyways? building is really coming along.

Thx for your impressive pics, Imre!

But I have to say that this "lake" is kinda ridiculous, knee-deep water, I mean you will see the ground like this is a mere puddle.

Buy the way, does anybody have an idea if the water has to circulate and being refilled due to the heat of the sun and the humidification?

Greetings
Martin
