Blank wall or not, this is my favorite project under construction now. It makes the buildings around it look sad and tired.

I see the blank wall as a challenge to neighboring lots to produce something with significant height. Don't like the blank wall? Build something to cover it up.

This is pretty awesome. It's some of the most dramatic new density I think we've seen so far.

This building turned out better than I expected. It's tall, skinny frame really looks nice from several viewing locations.

It's topped out. That top floor is for mechanical and is two feet taller than the hotel floors. It seems taller than 328'.

The tradition of putting a tree on top of high rises after top out is apparently a thing of the past. The last high rise to do that IIRC was the Colorado tower.

I agree. It ties in very nicely with the surrounding buildings and the lack of the standard parking podium is refreshing.

Well you know, the original height was 353 feet with 34 floors. I count 32 floors in Flatiron's photo.

There are 32 floors, but floor 31 is the highest occupied floor.

Oh, ok. That's right. This won't have a mechanical penthouse above the roof. It'll actually all be concealed within the top level.
