The size of the lot is small and they should add more height. The base leaves a lot to be desired but the tower itself is impressive.

Other than the above observations...

What?? No balconies???

Closer proximity to the Downtown core would've been another plus, IMO.

This is truly NYC south. It never seems to stop.

Love this one too! This one reminds me a bit of the Daniel Libeskind-designed and never-built One Madison Avenue in NY, just without the sky gardens and with a different skin. I love how we're getting these quasi-recycled designs of never-built towers around the world in Miami, because the re-used designs are building from pretty solid bones.

The skyline has been getting taller on average too. Relative to many other American Cities, some of the projects coming out and in the pipeline would be signature towers for a lot of locales. I wish Miami the best, and may the boom live on!!!

The city is a great place. I think for those that don't think so, and haven't visited it, just go there, you'll know what I mean. The food, the towers, the water, the latina's, the heritage, the cars... its a bonanza.

I agree. It's what came to mind too.

In typical Miami fashion, a vibrant facade.
