Pearl advice: month-to-month rentals

My parents want to come out to PDX for June and July this summer and rent a place in the Pearl. They're wanting to get a feel for what it's like to live here.

Do any of you have advice on specific buildings in the Pearl that might be good places to inquire about a short-term two-month rental?

I think that looking for short term condos for rent on Craigslist might be best. I don't think that my building (Kearney Plaza) will do anything less than a 9 month lease. It seems like the Burlington, Louisa, and 10th @ Hoyt would be the same.
