try this again....

It appears a piledriver has arrived onsite complete with Jets Flag at the top of its mast. It should be noted that the Mitchell Copp Building has not be torn down as of yet...

They were installing shoring around the property with the pile driver.

There was a lot of new steel on site a couple weeks ago, it's gone now, so I assume they have done a bunch of facade reinforcing inside Mitchell Copp.

walked by today as well, looks like mitchell copp is being taken down brick by brick...literally.
they also drove in about a dozen steel I beams closer to donald in the last day or so

That's gonna be a nice little secondary cluster of buildings with Rogers Tower, Manitoba Hydro, and ALT all together in one. Will look very modern and cool!
