On another note, I've had this discussion with mods and posters in the past. Personally, I believe that excavation, shoring, piles being driven is classified as Under Construction? When I was forming up a site foundation before the concrete arrived, I considered it Construction, but others here would argue it has to be above grade to be considered so. just in case it stalls at the foundation level..still wierd logic..

last i herd it was offices for a company that deals with data collection from those how was our service cards for most of the world or somthing for mcdonalds and other fast food joints or least thats what i understood was in there had a friend work there for a bit
