I don't think LNG pipelines would work. All the LNG proposals being proposed used normal natural gas pipelines to get the gas to the terminal then have a liquefaction plant at the terminal just before being loaded onto a ship or tanker.
The tanker trucks are vacuum jacketed and designed for cryogenic temperatures.
The liquid is usually stored and transported at a fairly low pressure.
