Does it count if I live on Vancouver island, but used to live in and make frequent visits to the lower mainland?

Well, I'd like to get a sense of the amount of forumers we have that visit this forum and how they're broken up. If you live on the Island I'd say check that you live elsewhere in Canada

I was born in Toronto and I have lived in Vancouver since I was four. My family moved here in June 1986 during Expo86.

Welcome John, entheosfog and jacques!

This forum is great, I've been here just lurking and reading for almost a year now but it has inspired me. I'm attending SFU and planning on going into their Urban Studies program and honestly, if I hadn't discovered this forum I don't know what direction I'd be taking. Lol, anyway I was born in Burnaby but have lived in Surrey my entire life and I love skyscrapers haha thats why I'm here.

I moved to Vancouver from Calgary at the end of October. Really looking forward to the "not-so-rainy" season though. Great city though.
