A very nice integration of the older brick building.

H-P designs are getting a lot more appealing that they used to be. This one looks great.

I actually like this one. If it turns out looking anything like it does in the render. Though, I wouldn't be surprised if the cladding turns out looking cheaper in reality.

Absolutely. If the cladding is done well, this could look good. But cheaper looking materials will destroy the look of this one for sure.

Night time renderings that developers often use are very misleading. I am quite surprised that they chose to go with an overcast sky for the rendering. Also, night time renderings generally hide the flaws that are often seen in the final product. I guess time will tell.

Interesting point Cruzin. Now that I look at it, the building still looks good, but I'm wondering if the dark skies and bright tower were deliberately chosen to add some other meaning. Something along the lines of this is a bright beginning from dark times or this building will stand out from the others around. Or some other hippie marketing nonsense...?

Interior demo is going on in the existing heritage structure....I think we have two threads for the same building.
An update from a few weeks back:

There may two threads for this, but I'm posting this here due to the seniority of this thread over the other. I took this today before heading west. I used a lower exposure due to the clouds behind this tower at the time:
