Height of this one is still unknown, however it could be around 45 stories.

I think Toronto is going to have to recruit some more SSP members to keep track of all the new projects. Love the double floor transition between the podium to the tower!

Agree with the above comment about the double floor. This is a fantastic looking tower, and if it is at least 45 floors, it will be a beautiful addition. However, for such a great looking tower, the podium looks rather bland. I realize this is early days and just a first rendering, just hope the final design is a bit better aesthetically in the podium.
