I like how this new proposal contrasts with the Hotel MacDonald. It really helps it pop!

I don't follow Edmonton projects well, but I think this is the new design. It was listed as "on the boards" in a presentation last month.

Seems as if they're going for one mixed-use structure.
I do hope this clears the appropriate hurdles.

Great proposal Edmonton!! You have so many very good and tall proposals recently.... I suppose and realize these will take years to get approved and then actually get built... but non the less it's good news for Edmonton!

Now that's a tower! Kinda wished both sites adjacent to the hotel got tall slender buildings. The location next to the edge of the cliff means even on lower floors the view would be spectacular!
