I would not be angry if someone bought me that house with the turret in the front, directly over the bridge in that last picture. Just sayin.

Lol, I wish every good individual like yourself could afford a little something like this for themselves. Or a fairly roomy apartment in an area that would be dense enough to bring nice lively entertaining things at street level.

That's precisely why I'm advertising residential skyscrapers. Let the rich live up there in their disconnected high-rise penthouses. The rich most often want to be remote anyway, because they're so scared for their money. They're scared to have their money stolen by fake butts. So they just come stuck to their windows in their luxury stuff provided with stunning views and naively wonder - wow, could I ever own all of this?
No. Just no. It belongs to everyone. It's not so much a matter of money, basically.

So we might eventually earn cooler things closer to ground level.

^ Looking bigger, I can't wait. Especially for those graveyards so close to the arch to move.
Hope they don't bury anyone in there anymore, or it will take forever to replace graves by something more alive.

Local construction addicts will have to watch the Bercy-Charenton master plan too.
Several skyscrapers planned over there to extend the too humble cluster of the 13th arrondissement.
Ha, as I speak, they're advertising on Fr-speaking SSC right now.
This is it.

They claim 6 towers in a 300 to 600 feet range could sit there.

Still by Val-de-Marne, there's also something possibly tall from China currently studied in Alfortville, right on the confluence of the Seine and the Marne rivers.

These are unlikely to be final renderings. Some talked about some 100 floors, so I hope the 1st 2 renders are to fool the NIMBY, whereas the sexier 3rd would be closer to the actual thing.

Man, that's awesome. Let's get some of these La Defense projects going! So much good design here.

Um, bon, something essential here is to gentrify Nanterre.
A bit more of business over there will not hurt.

Giant concessions and construction corporation Vinci is to build their new headquarters over there.

http://www.viguier.com/fr/projet/83/...ocial-de-vinci

That will sit nearby the Nanterre - la Folie station where the RER line E and brand new line 15 of the subway will meet by 2022, I believe.
La Folie intends to be a pretty big node of the overall network in the future. 3 subway lines and line E should get there in the 2030s.

All of this is located behind la Défense as seen from Central Paris.
Here's the site by dougdoug on the French-speaking subforum of SSC.

They're beginning to dig for the extension of line E. If I get this thing, the related platforms of the station will be there, whereas the Vinci headquarters will be across some street.

You get an overview here.

http://www.epadesa.fr/la-carte-des-p...he/groues.html

The la Folie station would be pictured as the red component. In the background is la Défense (almost in a walking distance, that's not far away) and behind it is Neuilly-sur-Seine and Central Paris.
