^^^^

Make sure you set your video to public. Its not showing up. The code for private is different vs the one that's for public. Plus make sure to use the bbcode for the youtube the right way.

Check this out to make sure you posted it right: BBCode Guide

You had the whole link in your code. Its only the stuff after the "=" sign.

And to yourself as well. The idea that you worked on a video, and with finesse, captured the mystical beauty that is the rebuild WTC means a lot. Can't wait to see your updates for the coming 57th Street monoliths.

Anyways, from our yimby contributor thomas.

For the first time since 9/11, Downtown has two supertalls on the skyline, and it's beginning to feel like it...

I've seen it a million times, but what's with the glass on WTC1?

They need to be washed, the different shades is due to the darker ones being placed later.

That just blows my mind, it's been like that forever, and this is probably the second most prominent tower in NYC, and they can't spend a couple of thousand to hire a cleaning crew to clean that up? It's tacky looking.

Yeah the windows are filthy up close, not exactly how a $4 Billion Tower should look. The original Towers had a much better window washing system but that's mainly due to the difference in design...

This has been bugging me for a long time now. I mean 4 WTC was completed in 2013 and 1 WTC in 2014 yet they haven't washed the glass once. You can still tell where the construction elevators were because the glass is cleaner. For being such a hugely important site, I don't understand how they've let this go on. The building I work in cleans the glass every 4-6 months at the worst.

The twins used an automated system that fit into tracks and ran up and down the tower cleaning one complete face per week (thus the entire tower got a bath in 1 month).

The new tower suspends people in a basket off the side and it takes a lot more time to clean (plus there are a lot more windows).

I'm glad to see glass rising up 3 WTC but I know we'll be able to mark the installation progress via the accumulated dirt for years to come!

Chris your last photo is impeccable. This might not be the appropriate thread, but what year was Silverstein's 30 Park built? 1928? 1929?
