St. John's Newfoundland from Signal Hill

pic by me
^Maybe a little colour on top of Atlantic Place wouldn't hurt; maybe some flags or something?

^The pano of Halifax is very nice.

Here's one of St. John's, (not really a skyline pic) showing the view from Mt.Scio with the Confederation Building on the left, and some of Memorial University on the right:

And another that is similar:

I think you could safely say, by Atlantic city standards, that St. John's has not only a main skyline, but a secondary one as well. Impressive considering the height limits in the city.

The second picture shows the University in the foreground, and aside from the chimney and the clock tower, the tallest buildings on the campus are about six stories.

This skyline could look different in a few years with several developments slated to begin soon.

Thanks. In 1-2 years, I won't be able to take the city skyline in the fourth pic from that location.

Picture taken from a relative of mine's house in the North-End (Hali):

It really shows the wall-effect happening on South Park St (background). With the Trillium starting soon the gap will be filled in

^nice addition (and thanks for reviving the thread ). You just reminded me I have some photos to upload, although only one of the skylines is Atlantic (Edmundston to be precise).

LOL...yah its been slow in the Halifax Section (no post in 24 hours!) so i was looking through my pictures and that one popped out...

I'm very curious to see what Edmuston's skyline looks like I've been in the town but only as a pit-stop on trips to Quebec.

Here's another one facing east from the same area:
