Thanks for posting dave8721 and I had no idea this was behind the Espirito Santos Bank either! I'm sure they aren't thrilled having their views of Biscayne bay being blocked now. The lot seems to look like the size of a postage stamp too. It's an unusual design to say the least but it fits Brickell.

^ looks like it's about halfway there now since Jade which is on the right is at 500 feet and this will be taller. The density in that area is amazing.
