Sounds good to me, I dont see the issue. We call it SVS on site.

Saw it in person yesterday morning, it was eye-popping! Great to see progress being made; it looks like work is starting on the offices on the east side, in preparation for their conversion to retail/restaurant use?

Yes, we got a head start on the "phase 2" work, which is Amtrak's space on the East half. We temporarily moved Amtrak to the office trailers at the rear of the station so we could start this area. The reason for this jump in the schedule is to mitigate any potential delays with the elevator shaft construction in this area. Most of the Eastern half of the building is future TI space.
