I m glad to give a second chance to an old building,but i hate the 488 residence.
Not classy at all.Why architects and developers build so much boxy building with uglies balconies ?

It's nice to see Toronto's ugliest building metamorphose into something much nicer and taller but given the cost of it all i'm surprised they didn't just demolish and start again.
