This one's kind of tricky to see unless you can get up high in one of the neighboring buildings since the whole area is blocked off as a construction zone. It's amazing the amount of construction over there.

Long time lurker and lifetime austinite. I have a great view of all of the construction happening in this area. It appears this building now has two tower cranes (white and red). I work near the top of 100 congress and will continue to post shots as this area develops.

No kidding - you're going to have a great view, and a different angle from most other folks, as that whole area develops.

From today:

I don't think most people (outside of this forum) understand how much this area is going to change the city when it's all said and done.

It looks like your view will be blocked in a few months.

Lord. I was of course, only referring to the view that will be replaced by this tower.

The only views that matter are thes one directly to the south and southwest, since that's the view of the river... and his view that'll be blocked by this building was already blocked by Northshore, so...

Not so sure about that. The view of the tree-lined reservoir curving down around Rainey district towards I-35 is quite nice and will be blocked by this building (not blocked by North Shore), at least for people at the South end of 360 who are lower than (+/-)30th floor.
