Libeskind Tower looks amazing. It'll be a great addition to skyline of Warsaw. Out of new projects (those who are still U/C or recently finished) I like Rondo 1 and Zlote Tarasy the most. If we talk about Hilton/Novotel hotels, my opinion is not so positive.
