seriously tho, while i like your terms, if i had to choose i would agree neo-gothic is the one we are looking for here.

For sure it reminds me of something out of restoration hardware's catalog of chandeliers.

^ Yeah, we never really get a full scope of what's being panned because things are constantly changing. But Brooklyn is definitely booming.

This is going to be one of the best looking towers in the US.

This has got to be one of the slowest developing projects I've seen. Seems like it should be a few floors above ground by now.

I'm guessing that it probably has to do with the partial demolition, rehabilitation, and integration with the Dime Savings Bank Building, which was built over 150 years ago, and is also a New York City designated landmark.
