The earthen ramp has been moved from the current location to the opposite corner a few times depending on what side they are working on. That ramp allows them to move stuff in and out of the site and load or unload from trucks.

Makes sense. Looks like progress is being made. Wonder when they'll go vertical? Maybe February / March?

Saw a concrete truck on Park Ave South right in front of the site a few hours ago for the first time. Can someone with a view of the site confirm they are pouring?

Finally pouring the subfloor and it's only UP from here!!!

And I don't know if you have noticed, but it looks like a pool in the first basement floor has already been created.
