Agreed and they put up 4 and 5 goals on them doing it.

In my hockey pool we had people have their pets make selections as well. The one dog that stocked up on Phoenix is starting to kick everyone to the curb.

So is anyone thinking that a buyer for the coyotes is going to step up now considering that there's a very competitive product on the ice? Usually if a team has a deep run into the playoffs, the following year has better success at the gates, right? Just a thought..

The problem with that is the following; the Coyotes have enjoyed pretty good on-ice success the past few seasons and post-seasons, but their troubles continue. I don't think such a silver bullet exists for the team.

He already has 3 multi-goals game in this post-season which is the most since Cammalleri and Pavelski in 2010.

True, but they've never been this far in playoffs before and they have a good chance of making it to the conference finals at this point. I'm just trying to see things from a buyers perspective. How much would that impact the decision?

They would be worth buying only if you can move them to somewhere where you'd attract people easier.

If the Coyotes still have large losses even after having all those extra home playoff games (which I suspect they inevitably will, after having their arena mostly empty all season), it just strengthens the cause to move them.

Good point. I'm still hoping they move to Quebec City for next season

The Kings look pretty awesome right now.

I have a funny mental image of Carter and Richards raising the Stanley Cup in Philly.

WTF was that Blues? And now Jaroslav Halak won't be able to come back for Round 2... great!

4-1 NJ, with 4 straight goals in the 3rd period, just Beautiful!
I don't care who wins this year as long as its not Philly, the Caps or any team that Alexander Radulov plays for.

Even the Preds don't want Radulov apparently I've never heard of teams suspending their own players during a playoff match.

I'm surprised to see Phoenix up 2-0. I had Nashville as the darkhorse for the west...plus they looked solid in game 1, should have won that one actually.

Wow, the Caps-Rangers game is finally over after 54:41 min of overtime (ended late in the third OT).

20th longest NHL game ever and 3th longest post-lockout.

That's what playoff hockey is all about.

I'd hate to be those fans heading home at 2:00am feeling the pain of the loss.
