Oh come on Jack... you know the workers in that building aren't supposed to be looking out the windows... they're supposed to be working!!! Crack that whip a little, won't ya! (ha ha haa...)

I think the render on page one of the tower in the rain is maybe the best one. I for one can't wait to:

a) Win the lottery, and then
b) Be sitting on one of those higher sky lobby's, sipping a coffee and watching a torrential downpour whilst chatting with my personal city tour guide (who will curiously look just like Lucy Liu.)

BTW... anyone know the name of the building going up right next to this one? Is there a thread? Thanks...

^ NO, but I've always thought the Bank of China Tower in Hong Kong would look KICK ASS along Broadway North or 7th Ave (near Times Square).
