ADELAIDE | new tallest proposed | ~150-160m

What happens when you remove/relax height limits. Smack bang in the middle of the CBD just off Victoria Square.

From JPE Website:

Adelaide,
South Australia

Over the last 2 years
we have designed a
new ‘Signature’ building
behind the Supreme
Court in Victoria Square
and have suggested
a uniquely South
Australian architecture
for this preeminent tower
in Adelaide’s southern
CBD.

Organic and earthy,
the tower includes new
court offices, residential
accommodation and a
new gallery of indigenous
art. A public observation
deck is included for
unobstructed views over
the city, to the hills and to
the coast.
