They mentioned the food hall was on level 1 on an electrical permit.. Those kiosks are level 2.

Deville's sign company accidentally posted their quote and Google found it. The Post signage for Deville $10K for two illuminated channel fascia signs. 14'7" wide x 2'6" tall

The Food Hall may face Hamilton.

There are new signs up on the Dunsmuir and Homer corner entrance, 'Atrium at The Post'

Unless they get an anchor food hall tenant I think they're going to struggle to get people to walk in.

I think The Atrium, and the Food Hall are different, and an anchor in the Food Court won't impact the Atrium. So far there's Lee's (until May 31st), Oakberry and Starbucks in The Atrium, but the design is a bit odd - it all feels temporary. The bubble tea place you mentioned getting a permit on Hamilton could be in the Food Court part of the development? (Although this BIV piece seems to suggest it isn't.) I guess it's too soon to really understand how it will work.

Yea, the way its designed make them all seem like pop-ups, like larger versions of those stands in the middle of the mall hawking sketchy wares.
