The weather is currently forecasted to be sunny with a high temperature of 72°.
No exact time has been established as of yet.

I picked 30th street station for its walking distance from the Schuylkill Yards.

Wait, VZ was the one who presented the plan to schedule a forum meet up and now you guys are planning on a date that he can't make? That's messed up.

I don't think we've done one since pre Comcast Center and summersm43 is the last new Phillyhead I've met.

This Saturday (May 4) looks like a great day (finally) to be out and about. Who's up for collectively walking and chatting up what's been going on in Center City?

So you are canceling our fun because you can’t make it?

I take orders from no one!
If anyone wants our planned meet @ 30th Street Station on May 8th, let me know.

We don’t need a chaperone to tell us.
If you are a skyscraper fan, join us!!

I don't think anyone's planning a date; I think its still up for discussion. Whatever date is agreed to just let everyone know the date and time and I'll try to make it weather permitting.

Bruh....chill.

The discussion is good. Let's find a range that's good for most of us and then pick a date. Maybe in early June once school is out of the way for many people

Unfortunately, we aren't going to be able to come up with something that works for everyone. We just have to collectively decide when is the best for the most people and commit to it. To do that, everyone can enter their availability for the next month here and we can pick the time that works best for the most people. I've already entered my availability. You'll see how it works. Don’t respond to it if you don’t really intend on on going. I'll let this go for a few days and this should give us an idea of at least a couple of dates and times that will work for several people. After that, if people want, I can setup a poll with a couple of popular dates/times so we can pick one.

I work on weekends, so it’s okay to have multiple meets.
Besides, what if our group is approached by Amazon?

South Jersey mall owner considers homes, hotels

Quote:
PREIT CEO Joseph Coradino expressed optimism Wednesday for shopping-center operations, but said his firm also may develop housing and hotels at some mall sites.

"We estimate we can add between 5,000 and 7,000 multi-family residential units and have identified several hotel options," Coradino said in a conference call with investment analysts.

He did not address any South Jersey locations but said Fashion District Philadelphia, now taking shape at the former site of The Gallery in Center City, offers “significant value for residential development.”

Coradino said the "densifying" projects would allow PREIT "to continue to evolve our portfolio (and) maximize the value of the underlying real estate."

They’re building even more next door to the new offices and they hope to complete construction on a new national service training center by late summer.

Right now, they have about 100 employees here at the new space, but by mid-May they expect to have all 550 employees settled into their new offices in Camden.

Old Subaru Cherry Hill headquarters up for sale

Pretty sure this will just end up being knocked down. It looks like a hulking building from the '80s and I doubt they'll find a company to move into the entire space.

I did not realize that the new building is 135,000 square feet more than the old one.

There's a paywall with a picture of the new headquarters in the headline...so either they showed a picture of the old headquarters further down, or you think the new headquarters looks like a hulking building from the 80's. And to be quite honest, I would tend to agree with that. I'm happy it was built, but it doesn't scream 'modern' to me.

Anyone know if the Disney Hole the length of the 800 block of Market as well as much of the 800 block of Chestnut is designated as a KOZ? If not, why the hell not?!
