Great news. Does anyone know if they had already demolished all the buildings on the site? Was the site already cleared, parking lot included? Or are they still doing that?

The last time I was in SA (late August), all structures on the site had been torn down but the parking lot was still there.

Cool. So it'll be no time before they actually start. Maybe 2 weeks and they'll be starting work on the actual digging for the garage.

By the way, this is a good project for San Antonio. It's not far from downtown (just 3 miles north) and is on a major street. Is there any street level retail planned?

This is the kind of stuff that will gain San Antonio praise from everyone. I'm looking forward to checking it out once completed.
