That picture really makes you realize that this is quite likely not only the tallest building in Philadelphia, but also probably its largest skyscraper. I can't think of any other building that continuously stretches from one numbered street all the way to the next.
Operating Engineers also run the Construction Elevators. So those are dead too. Not much material movement at all. I would imagine there will be a lot of pressure to get these guys back to work. Lots of dollars in play.
