They were busy pouring concrete yesterday. Freaking trucks were blocking half of Queen Street.

I'm assuming that was for the first floor then.

Kind of progressing slowly isn't it?

Oh well at least its still moving forward Dartmouth could do with more developments.

I drove by this tonight and its looking pretty good.

Its nice to see it'll blend right into the streetscape with its height and proximity to the sidewalk

This is looking really good. It can now be seen from the Halifax side poking up over the other buildings.

February 2010 Phototour

I don't normally include Dartmouth in my phototours but since I had the means and the time I included Portland Street this trip (unfortunately it got dark before I could reach Greenvale);

This one is looking great! I love the big balconies facing the water. It is now very visible from the Halifax side. I'm interested to know what they will be using for cladding.

Thanks for the updated pics!

I have never paid any attention to this one before now but it looks pretty good. I hope the colours are more subtle and I'm not a big fan of the overdone arching roof but I love the form and the denseness of it. I wonder if those are balconies or exterior walkways.

I just thought I'd add a little update that there's now a mobile crane on site aiding with construction.

Thanks for the photo Harlington. This is a unique one. It certainly isn't a large development but it is interesting how they crammed it onto such a small site.

i agree, before they started construction i thought oh well this isn't much but now that its gettin up and complete it seems interesting the way this fits in to the area.
