42 Story Apartment Tower

Check out this website for design, amenities, height, floor plans and cost. Be sure to explore Availability. This apartment building just opened in downtown Los Angeles.

We don’t need to see this on the Boise page.

It was posted to compare the 40 story 11th & Front Apartment (which probably will never get built} to a brand new 42 story of similar design. Of course the rents are through the roof.
I think it is good to see what's going on around the country.

Sorry for not making it clear.

I think if you want to see what's going on around the country go to their city's skyscraper page not on boise skyscraper page frankly it's a waste of space , just saying

The story count is one a million variables that affect floor plans, cost, etc.

I'd expect the Boise version to be much cheaper even if the buildings are identical. Land costs, seismic codes, energy codes, labor costs, finish expectations, and easier entitlements all come to mind.

Big change is coming to Boise fast as 2 tech giants invest $16 billion. What to expect.

Nice shots. Boise is definitely getting some good density.

Just need a couple towers to break that 200-300 ft range and give the skyline some height.

Thanks Evo5Boise.

This angle of downtown would look most excellent with a few more tall towers. Any angle would lol. Of course certain vantage points hide some towers as my 2 pics show.

I think a new tower would be perfect on Idaho between 10th and 11th where WaFd bank is. That building isn't anything special. A skinny tower would look great on the small parking lot adjacent to The Idanha. So many possibilities.

Oh wow, they're moving right along with that Marriot Hotel. Didn't realize it was happening so soon. Cool. Well we will have two more cranes in the skyline for awhile with the Marriot and ICCU Tower.

Let's just make it a party and throw up cranes for The Ovation and The London.

this. especially the Ovation.

we need some activity on that side of downtown. the ICCU crane isn't up yet, but should be soon, too.

I was walking downtown last week and noticed the crane in pieces at the job site for the AC /Element Marriott Hotel exciting to progress happening quickly , soon the ICCU building crane will be up as well and St.Lukes 9 story expansion too hopefully Ovation will be breaking ground on that 23 story building were going to need it as Micron is expanding on it's 15 billion $ site with high paying jobs needing places to live for all the workers , great to see what's happening in Downtown Boise , keep reaching new height's

Anyone got photos or videos of Pool and Spa being lifted this morning (Thursday April 11th) to 25th floor of Arthur?

I don't have any footage of that, but has everyone seen that the tallest point on the glass "wall" on the roof of the building was placed? The Arthur apartments are officially fully capped out!

On a side note, I do really hope the various projects around downtown get some action pretty quickly before Micron starts soaking up all the construction worker supply. As much as I like that Micron is expanding I would hate to see the skyline stagnate for a few years during its construction. Does anyone have any information on how much Micron would actually impact that market? I am not very knowledgeable in the construction side of development.
