I believe that lot, Coyne College, and Gr333n are all planned Sterling Bay highrise offices.

That view of Vista peaking out is awesome. It'll look great from there when topped off and fully enclosed. Also the mural on 811 W Fulton is fantastic. Perfect use of a blank wall.

Took me a moment to notice the building under construction on the bottom right... can't look too far without seeing something being built in the West Loop. Insane

I don't believe SB's 330 Green project extends to the lot west of Peoria.
I can't remember seeing a proposal for that site... It is, however, just east of the 310 N. Sangamon thing. Good place to pack in more tech offices because why not.

I’d love to see that same angle circa 1998.

Upon further inspection, you're right. This picture is courtesy of Curbed.

I really wish they were planning somthing for that space north of 333. After gr333n is complete that empty lot is going to look so funky driving along halsted.

Coyne demolition....now please.

That's a big lot - probably would be multiple buildings. Also remember that the Amerigas on Sangamon (near 345) has plans for a 12 story office building (https://chicago.curbed.com/2017/12/1...ent-310-morgan)

Is that tilt-wall construction in the lower right hand corner for the Timeout foodhall? Don't think I've seen that used outside of the Industrial RE world.

Yep. I wandered past their truck staging on Fulton a week or two back. Was kind of surprised to see it in the city but a fair amount of retail/entertainment users in the suburbs utilize it.

Guess in a food hall environment it makes sense where you want long, unobstructed spans.

Grand Central Brewing further west in the Fulton Corridor used it a few years ago, and infamously crushed a parked car after some panel bracing failed during a windstorm.

The tilt-up construction is apparent on the inside, but the outside got covered with rigid insulation and face brick, and looks just like a new masonry building. I assume Time Out will do something similar to comply with the Fulton Market historic regulations.

Really it makes sense for any medium to large-size building that doesn't require a lot of windows, and it's versatile enough to fit with any architectural style.

It's crazy how many big buildings have been put up in the last 10 years in the West Loop and how there are still dozens of empty lots available. West Loop craze is far from ending with how much land supply is left

I think these photos are actually Twelve01West, not Lake and Ada. This is turning out pretty nice, I would say.
