Separate. Too much happening just in the Downtown area alone. There is a lot happening in the non-downtown area, but not much gets updated in terms of progress, construction pictures and so on. I've taken many photos over the past 10 months, but im just too lazy to put on computer, then upload on Flickr and then post on here. By the time I get to it, a couple months have passed and im like oh well, next time.

Yes, the forumers have spoken - and thank you for chiming in! Separate threads it is. Who will volunteer to take on the non-downtown thread, which should include everything else in LA County? So, we'll have two threads:

Downtown - includes downtown, City West, Arts District, Chinatown, USC/Expo Park
Non-downtown - everything outside of that in LA County (Orange County projects can count here too if need be).

Thought I'd share my crude dreams of the USbank tower being retrofitted with a glorious spire. She's a big girl, I'm sure she can support it.

So we're waiting on renderings for the 66 story tower at 9th/fig and the 50 story Crescent Heights Tower next to Ten50. Any others?
