IFC is topped out already.
So beautiful, and, clearly, the taller version would have been perfect for that site.

What is the building that is just rising (5-8 stories) that is inbetween the Merriland building and the IFC?

^Sweet.
I can't wait until they finish building the SIFC, the new subway line and the pedestrian overpass. That area is such a mess right now that I don't ever bother going.

The taller tower is popping out of the ground..




Too bad it will cover the view of the Shanghai Tower completely when seen from the Oriental Pearl Tower's lowest "pearl".
