Any links to support this proposal?
If it's built facing Richmond it could be promising.

No those addresses would indicate that its the next block south of the TD. I would also like to see a rendering or at least a site plan.. how did you hear about this? do you know the name of the city planner involved?

Everyone has the right to request the information in a planning application once it has been officially received and notices have been sent out. I would imagine there would be renderings and a site plan for this type of development in the file.

Interesting! Looks like the main buildings will be built facing Richmond, which is nice to see. I'd rather have this, than some more big box stores like what is north of the mall.

I hate the big box area northwest of masonville. and the one to the east. Jysk, Worst-Buy, etc.

Updated proposal has some neighbors concerned about the parking. It seems the developer is ready to get this approved and getting moving on the project.

I think this is the project NHL player Brandon Prust was involved in opposing, as his house is right behind one of the proposed buildings.

Changes to the proposed plan to add one additional floor and get it to 7.

https://lfpress.com/news/local-news/...ment-buildings

Why stop there? Great site for a couple of 20+ floor towers. The local NIMBY's would have hysterical fits of rage.

Heavy equipment on site now and a lot of earth being moved. Suspect they are prepping site for underground services and eventual foundations for the planned buildings.
