They are getting a lot of work done. They've got at least 8 trucks constantly bringing in and taking out materials.

New site plan. The western tower was cancelled, too many people complained about 5 floors being too tall. It'll be replaced by 8 townhouses...

Probably not, but they will get to live in one of the ugliest buildings ever constructed.

Seriously, it should be illegal to build faux mansard roofs with aluminum sheeting. Makes me want to vomit.

My boss for whom owns a painting company said many people want this job for simply painting it. Very lucrative and the square footage is just over 121,000. I saw all the file work for each room and color and measurement, it was like a ledger documenting every detail. Crazy work goes into new construction. I just never quite knew. hmm funny that. How ignorant of me. lol
If we should win the bidding war I will document as best I can with pictures and oh so many colors. They even have an ice cream room there they have built into it. hah
