Almost forgot to post these pictures from my last visit on 6/29:

Center City looks so much more dense from this photo:

Steel is visible from the MFL Spring Garden station in Northern Liberties:

As development pushes forward in all directions in CC and the surrounding environs, this angle will become an increasingly good one to capture density pics:

I don't visit the Parkway as much as I should:

I'm surprised that the article didn't mention the rumored height increase. Article stated 1121' as the official height. Oh well, there goes my hope!

^^Cool video!

Shows how - aside from a few lots that still need to be filled in - how urban and awesome Market Street is from Front Street to 40th Street.

It looks like the core changes shape three floors higher than where the steel currently is. Does that mark where the building becomes narrower? I imagine the steel for the upper part won't be too much wider than the core. Obv there needs to be walking room or other usable space around the sides of it.

^ Wow that's one of the funkiest overhead powerlines ever. Back on topic though. Great pictures everyone! By fall it should be about almost topped out steel/floor wise.

I believe just a few floors below Bell Atlantic Tower is where it will get narrow. There is a part of the core from the east and west sides where is steps back and gets narrow. That would probably be where is starts to get narrow.

Just double checked the diagram above. Looks like 9more floors of steel before setback.
