The cladding on the tower looks awful. I'm gradually losing interest in this project.

Alot of development happening in the North/NW portion of the city. I think that's one of the main reasons people complain that "main" Toronto skyline (CBD) needs more skyscrapers. How ever I'm not complaining, but one day Toronto will get that thousand footer. As each proposal becomes a reality, also grows in height.

Another 10 years of growth and the core will be dynamite.

Looks like the curtianwall will run up the middle of the tower (southfacing side) as you can see in the above picture where the curtianwall and window wall are on the same floor.

Great picture, really shows the potential change in the skyline. Let's just get that supertall office tower in there soon!

Aura, A rainy day couldn't keep this skyscraper geek away from getting a few pictures of this beast rising on Yonge Street.

Pictures by me from Tuesday February 21, 2012.

Yeah but you see, all the (green) construction is happening in the Northern/NW portion of the great city. But I agree in ten years, even the CN Tower might not be visible is that rendering.

most of the cities construction is actually happening in the entertainment district right now, which is unfortunately not in that render.

Amazing! I've been dying to visit Toronto for a while. I think I'll wait until most of this construction is done.

And don't worry about the scattering of the tall buildings. I'm sure over time you'll see more construction between the downtown and midtown.

Man, this tower is amazing. I am amazed at the incredible amount of buildings that Toronto is building.

This city deserves good buildings like this. Unfortunately I've never been to this city, but this is a great dream I have.
