What a dominant presence it has among the skyline! Will definitely put out for a one-night stay at the Four Seasons to absorb the views, especially with those floor-to-ceiling windows.

A peek inside

A buddy of mine is working on site here and he occasionally passes on some interesting pics and I figured I'd share them here...

The first two are looking out from the 40th floor:

Internal carpentry progression shots:

Apparently the lower floors will "soon" be occupied by Comcast employees.

^Great inside pics.

As I believe noted before - demolition notice is up for the old Child Advocates building across the street from CTC (I'm just providing photo evidence). The mock up display was removed weeks ago.
Bring on Comcast #3 complex!

Also, bring on the Cooling Tower and Lantern too!

Please resize your photos.
It's too large.
Even at full-screen I am forced to scrolling in all directions.
Thank you!

The main premise of this vertical technology campus is to create new technologies and spur innovation of new ideas . With so many universities in the region great things are sure to happen . Bringing together , lets say mathematicians and software engineers to create new algorithms for better and faster video compression . Even create four and five simulated spatial dimensional space the possibilities are endless . The worlds brightest students are in our own back yard , from Princeton to Penn , Drexel , Temple , U of Delaware . The list would be to long to include all the great schools of higher learning in the region . I'm convinced that Philadelphia will become not just a national center for innovation but an international innovation center .
