Seriously, 43 Gerrard is a better name. Livmore sounds like discount furniture.

Nice updates in Saskatoon!

With koops update, it'll be interesting to see how the Sheppard subway line will handle all this new construction.....jeez. At least it should be a bit better in 5 years. (With the addition of the Eglinton subway/lrt line.

I can't tell if you're being facetious or not. Any capacity concerns on the Sheppard stub would be not enough capacity.

The very dark curtain wall of the Four Seasons Hotel.

The blind wall facing north is cover with concrete panel cover by what looks like granit. Maybe someone can confirm that information, I'm not sure. Maybe the material is completely artificial, it's hard to tell. At least, they made an effort to have somewhat textured wall, on the surface.

Yoo Griffintown (left) pretty much done, TDC2 in the distance and District Griffin Peel phase 2 also pretty much done (on the right).

Merci Martin ! Pour ce qui est de la hauteur finale de la TC2, est-ce que ça sera à mi-chemin entre la tour Deloitte et la TC1 sur ta photo la plus récente ?
J'aimerais savoir également si on connait des projets qui sont prévus entre le YOO et District Griffin.

Walked past this last night, it's looking so good. Once they install the copper elements all of those white window wall sections will be hidden so try to ignore that.
