Not groundbreaking, but aesthetically classic... and retail.

If this gets started soon, it could be in Frost's northeast webcam.

More infill and density.

I strongly wish that HEB would consider a second "SoFlo"-like store for the River North/Tobin Hill/Pearl/Lower Broadway residents. The residential density in that area is blowing up and there isn't a store nearby that the residents can reach by foot in 10 minutes or less.

IIRC HEB owns a parking lot near the gay strip.

HDRC gave final approval to this a few minutes ago with a stipulation that they work on garage screening.
