Fantastic photographs. Portland looks so dreamy and wonderful. One of these days I will see it for myself.

Is the map made of flowers?

^ yeah those are flowers.
Great set man! But the whole time I was thinking "either you took half of these photos in the last two days or your view has been much sunnier than mine over the past month or two." Anyway, awesome work once again

wow, nice work man. this is easily my favorite of yours so far.

that pioneer square flower show looks amazing, wish i'd seen that. cool shots of the columbia, too. i'm hoping to get out along the river in the next few days to see the high water from this warm weather and the snowmelt.

Thanks! Yeah it's been few and far between for decent photo weather, I guess I just crammed my pics in on the 3 - 4 sunny days we've had lately. Total misrepresentation of Portland

gio -- I think that flower show is still there, pretty amazing. They do it every year as part of Rose Festival. I've never looked that closely at it before but they do a different arrangement each time and it was a world map this year.

Your photo threads of Portland give me so many ideas and aspirations for what living in Portland will be like. I can't wait to move up there and be part of what I think is one of the best cities on Earth.

Great! Even when it's sunny in PDX, the light seems airy and subdued - I could go for subdued airy sunlight right now, to be sure.
