Domicile is proposing to construct a new nine storey building, at the rear of their property on 371 Richmond Rd, facing Madison Avenue, consisting of approximately 100 dwelling units. The site is currently occupied by a commercial/office land use fronting Richmond Road and a surface parking lot and small retail land use fronting Madison Avenue.

It would be cool if they used the existing roof space for something after the condo was built. Like a terrace or rooftop park/garden.

Good density. They used the same architect as they did for the hom though. Explains a lot.

Yes... it explains the bland nature of this one. Domicile seems to be getting less creative these days.

I like the Kavanaugh and Nuovo renderings. They took a step backwards with this one.

it's not clear to me why the address is not on Madison. A 9 storey condo on a low-rise residential street, I wonder what the current zoning allows... and yes I agree, please go back to Barry Hobin who designed Nuevo

Wonder no more! Zoning is TM[1675] H(24), but plan says up to 9: http://documents.ottawa.ca/sites/doc...dule_c2_en.pdf

It seems the renderings have changed from the ones above; there's a slightly different design (with red brick):

Is this the most recent design?

Still not a fan, but the red brick design is much nicer!

How about a whirlpool, sauna, endless pool, terrace with lounging area, BBQ and state of the art exercise room.
