Love this building & the different looks from different angles, it's like 3 buildings in one - what a phenomenal addition to the skyline

If the building officially opened on March 8th, why have they not lit the crown at night? Does anyone know the timeline for the crown light unveiling? Does anyone have pics?

They'll probably light the crown and spire once its doors open in June. Can't wait to see this bad boy light in Dodger blue when they get to the playoffs.

Now this is exciting. The LEDs -- even the tiny glimpse we just got -- are MUCH brighter than I expected. This will change the skyline more than I expected. LA has definitely graduated.... though I'll reserve judgement until we see the full picture in June!

Sorry for the poor quality, I was out for a run and was caught by surprise. Though I would still share with everyone though!
LOOK AT THIS!!! Just another sneak peak they're obviously testing....and yes the spire will be lit when it officially opens......

Question: Why was the height of this building decreased from 1,200 to 1,100 feet?

It was originally a two tower project, tallest at 1,250 ft and other at 750 ft, it got really down sized because of the recession.

Too bad.

Lets hope it paves way for more like it, though.
