Misc. Urban Fabric

I was visiting the city today (9/18/2008) and purchased a new lens..so I tried it out. I will get better but just had a good time looking at the changes in the city and rode the tram for the first time.

Were those shot in the afternoon or morning? Eugene cleared up entirely this afternoon, with the exception of all the forest fire haze. Great capture of the vibe.

*How much taller is Cyan upon completion? Looking great already impact-wise.

I began taking pics around noon and left PDX around 3:30 P.M. I started getting sunshine when I reached the Albany area.

the cyan has about a floor to go, it is almost topped out. Actually I am a little disappointed with the cyan...I was expecting the color to be more cyan.

Oh well, great shots, shame the weather couldnt be better, guess fall is finally here.

Nice photos. You should post these as a thread in City Photos.

Great pictures. The one shot of the ODS tower makes me yearn for the origional Morrison Tower design. I also like the picture of the Alexan with 3720 behind. I wish it was one design together. I like the blending of the two together to make one design. Just an opinion. Even on a cloudy day, Portland is beautiful. Great shots!

⇞ ⇞ I agree with you about the ODS. I was hoping for the original Morrison Tower, also.
