Notwithstanding they are no where near the same in terms of finish/materials, the Hotel Georgia reminds me of this proposal here in Edmonton:

Looking forward to Amacon's Parkside Village. 'Sauga has built up quite the skyline but still sorely needs more consistently urban scaled, pedestrian friendly podium development with decent street interaction. This massive masterplan will finally give 'Sauga a more legit urban centre.

Awesome update! You just covered at least 14 more tall towers that will fill out the skyline in the next 2 years or so... 7 of them over 150 metres!

Couture will poke through the sky here, seen between the Uptown and Crystal Grey. Coming soon into this view will be Five, Nicholas Residences, U Condos 1&2, 1 Bloor, Chaz on Charles, X2, and so many more!



Parade 2 by Concord Adex with a TCHC project to the right. Quartz 1&2, Spectra 1&2, Library District amongst other towers rising soon.



Charlie's rising here, with appearances by Lofts 399, Fly Condos, Cinema Tower, 300 Front St W and many more, including Tableau Condos, Peter Street Condos, the Bond, The Mercer, Bisha, Picasso on Richmond, Theatre Park, King Charlotte, Ice 1&2, Delta Hotel, the Pinnacle on Adelaide, Langston Hall, a handful of office towers, and more coming soon....
