Dittos. I always click eagerly when I see that Blart has posted. As far as this project goes, it's a real winner. It seems to speak to everyone on some level. I'm a rabid reactionary traditionalist, and find something to love in it.

Looks like they are moving at about a floor/week pace - so at only 17 floors, this thing should be topped out by June.

Great project.

The people here are usually pretty quick about posting updates about Philly projects, which is a good thing. Yesterday I also shot the CITC from the art museum, but later noticed that TallCoolOne had posted the same thing four days before, so…

I have a friend who lives right across the street from The Bridge, and another who lives right next to it, so maybe it makes me slightly more curious about its progress.

As you approach CC on 95 driving from the north, the construction is just starting to stick its head above the bridge and other roof tops.
I think this will be a good backdrop for the bridge, unlike one water street which more or less just blocks the stone anchorage for the BF bridge. (other then that, I'm surprised how "ok" that project is turning out, better then I expected)

Just tall enough, I think, for the penthouse view to be exquisitely, perfectly blocked by the most obscenely inappropriate billboard tower on the eastern seaboard located just across the street:

I guess they'll be able to see "Atlantic City" instead.

Maybe Brown Hill purchases the billboard lot? I understand these things generate a ton of money. But still, it has to be more valuable as a building. In the meantime, I hope the city taxes the shit out of it!

Once The Bridge is complete, what's up next for Brown Hill?

Looks like it still has 5-6 more floors plus cooling before top-out

This one will be historically designated before the one at 5th and Walnut is topped off.
